My New Jewelry Line

Bracelets are definitely my favorite piece of jewelry so I knew I wanted to add some to my store.  I have had so much fun designing these and have a lot more designs that I will be adding in the next couple of months.

 

For those of you who don't wear gold I will be making these in silver too.

DIY Fall Wreath

I have been meaning to make a wreath for my front door.  I wanted a Fall wreath but I just can't decide how I want to make it.  Too many pinterest ideas.  :)  So I decided to make a Halloween Wreath instead. It was so Cheap and easy. Well actually it was free because I already had everything.     I started with a pool noodle. And taped it together.  Loved learning this from Pinterest.  Totally will make a lot of my wreaths using this.

    Then I used a hot glue gun and glued some black felt to cover the noodle.   I used the felt because that is just what I had.   

 

Then I took black tulle and cut it into strips.  And tied it on around the noodle. 

 

I forgot to take a picture of that step. :(

 

Then I made a bunting banner.  I used some chevron fabric that I had and some orange string.  I cut our little triangles by hand and hot glued them to the orange string.

 

 

 Final product.      Now if I could only get it to stay on the door.  :(  The pool noodle is light and it is windy today in Texas.        happy monday.   

Making Changes.

Please bare with me as I am making changes to my blog and facebook.  I am a little tired of my look and would like to update it.  I can't seem to decide what direction I want to go in.  Hopefully I will figure it out soon.     

I'm Back!!

After being away for about 9 months , I am finally back.  When I sold part of my business at the beginning of the year, I didn't realize how much I was going to miss it.   I am working on getting everything back up and running.  As of right now I will just be hosting house parties and selling my jewelry on facebook.     I am so excited that it is fall. I will start running specials on my facebook account starting next week.     www.facebook.com/personalcharms   I've been busy this week. I've already decorated my mantel and hopefully will decorate the outside of my house this week.  

    Here is what else I have been working on this week. I had a pretty big wholesale order to get done.  

 

And I am getting ready for my first house show this year that I am having in  2 weeks

After I had my first baby, I wanted to do something to earn a little extra money so I could stay at home with her.   I came across Hand Stamped Jewelry and fell in love it. I decided to learn how to do it myself.  It grew into my little business.  After I had my second little girl, I decided to sell my business.  I was getting too busy and just couldn't keep up anymore.  Well  I didn't realize how much I would miss it.  The girl I sold it to decided not to do it anymore. So here I am... back stamping again.   I love to do anything creative.  I love learning how to do things by myself. I love reading blogs while enjoying a cup of coffee I love fall, pumpkins, & football season I love a good pair of flats. I love traveling. Helping momma!!

My girls love to help me with the clothes. Usually that involves dumbing the basket of clothes all over the floor or throwing my nicely folded up clothes every where!!  Today they would rather just sit in the basket!!

New pearl earrings & Bracelet

Here I Go again.... Trying to take more pictures. Taking pictures of jewelry is not a easy task . I have tried several backgrounds, used different cameras, and read A LOT of information on the Internet trying to figure it out. Still not sure how I feel about these pictures. I really hope I can get a new camera for Christmas and maybe take a photography class. Pictures are very important when you sell online...

Any suggestions or advice??
